On Cortes Island, in partnership with community forest partners, our efforts are centered on post-harvest assessments and forward-looking initiatives to improve forest health and resilience. By conducting National Forest Inventory plots and engaging with key stakeholders, we seek to inform future forest management strategies and enhance community preparedness for wildfires & restore Non-Timber Forest Values.
